1L Premium Seed Raising Mix (Small) - Organic Seedling Plug Growing Soil

1L Premium seed raising mix made in Melbourne with the highest quality natural earth-friendly products designed for seedling plugs and small space growing. Recommended for use in seedling plug trays or as a top layer in larger growing areas to assist with seed germination.

This small sized bag is perfect for beginner growers or those who are growing small quantities of plants, it contains enough seed raising mix to fill a 36 cell seedling plug tray (9 x 4 ) or smaller, but isn't suitable for the full sized 72 cell tray. We recommend the larger (2L) bag or seed raising mix for the full sized tray. 

This fine and light weight seedling plug soil has excellent water retention, aeration and drainage qualities, and consists of:

• Coco Coir
• Organic Worm Castings
• Perlite
• Vermiculite
• Propagating sand
  

Once seedlings reach 5cm tall we recommend feeding plants twice weekly with a diluted liquid fertiliser or diluted worm tea, or transplanting seedlings into bigger containers with added natural fertilisers like compost. 

Volumes are measured soon after the mixture has been combined and will compact over time.
